For the Lord himself shall come down from heaven with commandment, and with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead who are in Christ, shall rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, shall be taken up together with them in the clouds to meet Christ, into the air, and so shall we be always with the Lord. (St Paul - 1Thessalonians 4:14-17)

So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption, it shall rise in incorruption. It is sown in dishonor, it shall rise in glory. It is sown in weakness, it shall rise in power. It is sown a natural body, it shall rise a spiritual body. Behold, I tell you a mystery, we shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed. In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet, for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall rise again incorruptible: and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption; and this mortal must put on immortality. (St Paul - 1Corinthians 15:51-53)

After this I saw a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and tribes, and peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne, and in sight of the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands [signifying Joy and Victory; victory over the flesh, the world, and the Devil - Our Lady Holy Company of Saints who have come out of the great tribulation]; And they cried with a loud voice, saying: Salvation to our God, who sits upon the throne, and to the Lamb. And all the angels stood round about the throne, and the elders, and the four living creatures; and they fell down before the throne upon their faces, and adored God, Saying: Amen. Benediction, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, honour, and power, and strength to our God for ever and ever. Amen. And one of the elders answered, and said to me: These that are clothed in white robes, who are they? and from where they came? And I said to him: My lord, you know. And he said to me: These are they who have come out of the great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and have made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore they are before the throne of God, and they serve him day and night in his temple; and He, who sits on the throne, shall dwell over them. They shall no more hunger nor thirst, neither shall the sun fall on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb, which is in the midst of the throne, shall rule them, and shall lead them to the fountains of the waters of life, and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. (St John - Apocalypse 7:9-17)

And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire, and them that had overcome the beast [Antichrist], and his image, and the number of his name [persecuted and martyred Saints], standing on the sea of glass, having the harps of God, And singing the canticle of Moses, the servant of God, and the canticle of the Lamb, saying: Great and wonderful are your works, O Lord God Almighty; just and true are your ways, O King of ages. Who shall not fear you, O Lord, and magnify your name? For you only are holy, for all nations shall come, and shall adore in your sight, because your judgments are manifest. (St John - Apocalypse 15:2-4)

And many of those that sleep in the dust of the earth [the dead] shall awake, some unto life everlasting, and some unto shame and everlasting contempt. But they who are learned shall shine as the brightness of the firmament, and they who instruct many to justice, as stars for all eternity... Many shall be chosen, and made white, and shall be tried as fire, and the wicked shall deal wickedly, and none of the wicked shall understand, but the learned shall understand.  (Prophet Daniel 12:2-3,10)

Because you have kept my word of perseverance, I will also keep you from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon the whole world to try them who dwell upon the earth".  (Our Lord Jesus - Apocalypse 3:10)

Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither has it entered into the heart of man, what things God has prepared for them who love him.

But to us God has revealed them, by this Spirit, for the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God... So the things also that are of God no man knows, but the Spirit of God. Now we have not received the spirit of this world, but the Spirit that is of God; that we may know the things that are given us from God. Which things also we speak, not in the learned words of human wisdom, but in the doctrine of the Spirit, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. But the sensual man perceives not these things that are of the Spirit of God, for it is foolishness to him, and he cannot understand, because it is spiritually discerned. But the spiritual man judges all things, and he himself is judged of no man. For who has known the mind of the Lord, that we may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ. (St Paul - 1Corinthians 2:9-16)

Come, my people, enter into your chambers, and shut your doors about you; hide yourself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. (Almighty God - Prophet Isaiah 26:20)

Strengthen the feeble hands, and confirm the weak knees. Say to the fainthearted: Take courage, and fear not, behold your God will bring the revenge of recompense, God himself will come and will save you. (Prophet Isaiah 35:3-4)

The Saints shall rejoice in glory, they shall be joyful in their beds. The high praise of God shall be in their mouth, and two-edged swords in their hands; to execute vengeance upon the nations, chastisements among the people; to bind their kings with fetters, and their nobles with fetters of iron; to execute upon them the judgment that is written, this glory is to all his Saints. Halleluia.  (Psalm 149:5)
